How does the ticket work?

You secure 1 ticket per match at your plan discount during Sócio Coral sale windows (via check-in). The Virtual Card works as your ticket when Santa is the home team at a compatible stadium.

Does it apply to every match?

Benefits apply to Santa Cruz home matches. If the home match is at another stadium, equivalent sectors and discounts are announced in advance — and the card may not work as a ticket, requiring pickup at a sales point.

Do I need to be up to date to buy?

Yes. Only members in good standing get the benefits. A late payment may not clear before the pre-sale — keep your subscription current so you don't miss out.

Does it stack with half-price tickets?

No. Plan benefits do not stack with statutory half-price tickets — your plan discount applies.

Is there a joining fee or lock-in?

R$ 0 joining fee on every plan. Annual plans split into up to 12 installments; monthly plans bill recurringly per the payment method chosen at signup.
